[PE-D] Issue with saving data to system32

ChopChop attempts to save data to system32 folder, which runs into an error.

This happens every time I try to run add, edit, list commands and so on.

This meant that I could not see any other error messages other than this. I cannot test it properly.

However, it's a protected folder on windows, perhaps you can have alternative folders to save if the first folder fails?
