[PE-D] Passing in index 0 to various commands #259

e.g. when entering redit 0 n/tom, the following error message is shown:

The command format is valid, but only the index is wrong. Perhaps can make the error message more specific to the cause of the issue?

Some other affected commands; rdel, idel, iedit, dealloc, history etc. anything that requires indexing.
