[PE-D] `Filter` with same prefix argument multple times #163

When the same prefix is provided multiple times in filter command: filter q/first q/second does not work the same as filter q/first second, or should prevent user to input the same prefix twice instead as it causes confusion, requires more explanation in documentation.
