[PE-D] Grade field behaviour does not correspoding to the error message #183

The error message show that grade should be 2dp. But when I input value in 1dp it is also allowed, and in info page it did not change it to 2dp anyway. Can either change the error message, or the feature itself.

I saw the fix but it seems like Grade still accepts inputs of 1 d.p.

Perhaps we can either change the UG to allow for 1 d.p or make it so that a 0 is added to the back of the input if it is 1 d.p to make it 2 d.p?
