[PE-D] Editing JSON files directly #333

It is possible for users to schedule interviews outside of office hours by directly editing the JSON file.

However, I feel that this is not really an issue outside of extremely improbable situations where the JSON file is somehow corrupted causing the date field to become out of whack.

Small suggestion

In such scenarios, perhaps a warning could be given to the user (eg a message saying "Warning: data loaded doesn't look quite right, you may want to double-check these entries..."), etc.
