[PE-D][Tester A] Deleting Commission with invalid index shows confusing error message #165

After running the command allcom, I tried to delete the commission at index 3(invalid index as there are only 2 commissions) with delcom 3, the error message shown was "This command required you to open a customer first!"

I expected "The commission index provided is invalid" instead.
