Redesign UG and DG Glossary

UG will be catered to less-technically inclined users while DG will be more for developers. However, there will be quite a lot of replicated terms in both glossaries.

Currently, both UG and DG share the same glossary section.

Will need to discuss and decide

• how and whether it is possible to make it such that we maintain a single source of truth
• Richard's proposal : tag each term as either "common", "ug", or "dg", and leverage Jekyll's auto sorting feature to categorise by lexicographical order. (Will need to see if it works)

Yup, thanks, as discussed in Telegram: Will implement my proposal so that we can get a single source of truth for all entries, while at the same time, being able to control which terms show up in which guides.
