Update docs for storage component #102

  1. to update Storage component description section in DG (text, UML)
  2. to introduce a newly implemented feature wrt UI in features section in DG (include UML class/object/sequence/flow diagrams as appropriate)

@pzhengze I assume you meant to say fixes 102 and not resolves 102 in your PR, so I'll be closing this issue
