Update UserGuide.md

This is a list of things I have done:

• Added more you language throughout the UG
• Added the use of symbols including exclamation marks and light bulb
• Improved the formatting and structure of the UG
• Made the instructions clearer and more appealing to the user
• Made the UG non platform specific
• Currently, it is done till the "Additional features" section.
