[PE-D][Tester E] Application does not inform user of wrong usage of command #127

When using the wrong structure of the command search, the application does not inform the user that the format is wrong, instead it displays a generic error that no search result is found:

Search command has been changed to remove the n/ flag to remove any confusion.
