[PE-D][Tester C] add password: Unsure how to fill in the expiry date

I feel that the example of how the date is formated for the "What is the Expiry Date? " leads to a common issue people might have and they would have to re-enter the program because it does not continue to run after this exception is thrown.

I tried some other dates but it seems to all fail.
