[PE-D][Tester C] Distinction between types in 'list' command #82

hard to distinguish what the different types are (1 is appointment, 2 is vaccination, 3 is surgery, but not mentioned in the list) Could add more distinction and separate the data better (e.g. with a space in between)

Reformat how the appointment details are printed. Done in PR #176 .
