[PE-D][Tester B] Help Command Does not working

Describe the Bug

• The output command box shows that help is an invalid command, even though it is stated in the UG that there is a help command

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Input help in the command input box
2. The output command box shows that it is an invalid command

Expected Behavior It pops out the link for their User Guide
