[PE-D][Tester B] Wrong Command Ouput

Describe the Bug

• When adding a patient, it shows that the patient that i add has NRIC that contains a non-alphanumeric character or blank, even though it is not.

To Reproduce Steps to Reproduce:

1. Input add_p n\John Doe ic\T0212385 p\98765432 in the command input box
2. The command output box will return NRIC should only contain alphanumeric characters and it should not be blank

Expected Behavior

If it is Valid NRIC:

• It should add the patient to the list

if it is Invalid NRIC:

• It should tell me the specific error in the NRIC.
