[PE-D][Tester B] Wrong User Guide

Describe the bug

• When clicking help, the user guide link that appear still for the addressbook level 3, not theirs.

To Reproduce

1. Press F1, or click help on the left side of the window.

Expected Behaviour The window should show mediconnect User Guide.
