[PE-D][Tester B] Adding invalid date

Describe the bug

• When adding a new appointment with the invalid date, it still add the appointment, but with another date format.

To Reproduce

1. input add_a pic\S9912343G dic\T0212385J from\2023-02-11 07:30 to\2023-09-11 08:00 in the command input box.

Expected Behaviour It should show an error an tell the user the date is invalid.

I dont see whats the issue here. Is it that a appointment should not be 7 months long? @mounilsankar do you understand?
