[PE-D][Tester B] Could not drag the patient view window

Describe the bug

When spamming number in the phone number, and viewing the patient, the patient window could not be dragged

To Reproduce

Input add_p n\John Doe ic\T0212385J p\3238298...... with spamming an excessive amount number of phone numbers in the command input box.
Input view_p [Index] with index as the index of that pattient.
Try dragging the patient view window.

Expected Behaviour The windows should be able to be dragged

unable to recreate on windows. @kimshitong try on yours also. @yanghengtang @cheeggered @mounilsankar pls verify this isnt and issue on mac also

this has to do with the fact that i set these windows to be non resizable, can be fixed with limiting all the fields length
