[PE-D][Tester A] Warning feature regarding skill has ambiguity. #228

The command add hg -e johndoe@com.com -p 87654321 -t johndoe -s 11 -s eating 10 hamburger #op.com in 500 seconds

The skill eating 10 hamburger #op.com in 500 seconds produces the warning but the skill 11 does not.

The skill 11 has already been added to the other contacts as shown in the screenshot. Therefore, it is not considered a new skill. This shows a correct behavior.
