[PE-D][Tester E] Empty group remains on the list. #242

Can be recreated by creating a group with one user and deleting the user. This results in a group that is empty being left behind. Would it be a good idea to maybe allow for a automated removal of a group that is empty?

It is not a good idea since there might be useful information like group chat URL and required skills.

Also, a newly created group will likely be empty.
