[PE-D][Tester E] Closing application leads to data loss. #267

Closed the application via the red [x] button on the GUI window instead of the exit command, this resulted in the following situation where the coursemates are all gone but the groups, as well as the coursemates within still remain.

The coursemates do not show up even with the list command.

This seems to be due to a coursemate not having a phone attribute, but this should not be necessary given that it is optional.
