[PE-D][Tester B] Commands are not registered when in uppercase #279

I have not tested every commands but the three command above (add, find-mate and list) are not recognized in upper case form. This might cause inconvenience for the user (e.g when a small misclick on Shift button happened)

There is also no specification in the UG about commands must be in lower case only.
