A: Only if the behavior hinders normal usage i.e., the user not being able to see the full text in any way can be considered an 'incorrect' behavior, and hence, a bug. If the user is able to see the full text by resizing the Window or using another view provided by the app, it is not a bug. Also, accommodating 'extreme' inputs (e.g., a person name with 1000 characters) can be considered a nice-to-have feature, to be added in a future version (i.e., lack of it is not a bug).

We do not expect allergen names to be that long, and behaviour for excessive number of tags is handled already.
