[PE-D][Tester B] Client list scrolling bug #164

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Ensure the app has more clients than fits in the screen
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click on the last client
  3. Scroll down again (Observe that the clients move up by a small amount)
  4. Without scrolling, click on another client
  5. Click on the last client again
  6. Observe that the panel jumps upwards
