[PE-D][Tester D] Formatting for GPA calculator seems off #154

The documentation for the GPA feature seems to be "highlighted". Perhaps it should only highlight the tips section? However, the instructions still can be followed.

Similiar issue as issue #171. Updated the UG and standardised the UG format.
