For the 6th point about supporting 1,000 concurrent users I don't see how it is relevant to the program. Usually when wanting to support a given number of users you would have some cloud component, but the application is meant to be run locally on a device and so there shouldn't be any issues regarding number of concurrent users. There is no online component to the application so this NFR is confusing.
