Update userguide URL and associated screenshot #108

In this PR, I have updated the USERGUIDE_URL as well as the screenshot of the help message in the userguide that contains the link to the user guide page on our website. This is part of the changes to replace "addressBook" with project-specific information but was left out the last time.
