[PE-D][Tester C] Missing important features #345

Since this app is for third-party recruiters who will most likely manage alot of contacts, and probably some of them are already being matched to a job already, so shouldn’t there be a feature to list all available jobs and available contacts? If not I think it might not be very user friendly, especially if the number goes big.

Wanted to put Reject but perhaps the workflow of our commands aren't explained very well. Could be a potential DocumentationBug

It does, I think this is a valid feature flaws here.

The purpose of screen job is so that the user do not have to screen thought the whole list themselves, so I do not think we have to have a function for list unemployed contacts (unless we are considering reverse screen job).

However, there is no such function to find unfilled job immediately, especially since we do not have job quota support yet.
