Improve user guide #185

  1. Add more sample commands to reflect value proposition, specifically to reflect 'payment tracking and more', including payment status and deadline modification
  2. Modify the known issues (Point 3) to be less complex
  3. Offer experienced users the chance to skip ahead to command summary, to enhance the UG experience
