[PE-D][Tester E] Can add client with name with number #232

The current application allows alphanumeric characters for name, but names generally do not contain numbers. Rather, names more often use roman numeric like Louis XIV. In order to help user making mistakes when entering data, I believe name should only contain alphabets.

Will fix this by updating the user guide explaining why we allowed numbers so future testers don't think its a feature flaw.
