[PE-D][Tester E] Developer Guide did not reflect changed name for Clientele+. #233

The reference to Address Book in original AB3 is not changed in the developer guide in general. Most components uses the term 'Address Book' while the application name is ClientTelePlus with different application characteristics. This could be outdated documentation, or the code hasn't actually been renamed, which I personally think could be problematic either way. I believe referencing error could leave confusion to fellow developers reading the DG.

Renaming the files is optional - so we thought these terms are actually valid.
