Below is the current model component UML diagrams.
It seems like you have added the new fields such as FamilySize and DoB. However, it seems that components such as schemes and archive status are missing.
Suggestion
If the missing fields are under the Person class, you could add them to the UML diagram. However, if they are implemented in a different way, perhaps you could create a new diagram to show how the components interact with the Person class to improve clarity
