[PE-D][Tester D] User Guide does not state the country for NRIC field #207

In the user guide, it is simply stated that the app can take in any NRIC, as long as it is valid and issued by a government. However, they did not specify which country they are referring to.

This is located in User Guide > Features > Elderly Fields

In the app itself, the error message specifies that it must be from the Singapore government.
