[PE-D][Tester E] UG states that WALLET_NAME for editpa is case-sensitive, but it is not. #257

This was what was stated in the UG:

However, this is allowed:

After entering editpa 3 c/BTC l/daily wallet pa/14qViLJfdGaP4EeHnDyJbEGQysnCpwk3g:

This means that the feature does not work as intended. Could consider making WALLET_NAME case-insensitive for editpa command, which would fit better with the specifications for addpa as well since it is case-insensitive for that command:
