[PE-D][Tester B] Inconsistent Error Message Format

The parameter description of add is on the same line as the description of the add command while the parameter description of edit is on a separate line. Therefore, there is inconsistency in the format for error messages. It will be good to follow the edit format as it is clearer and easier for users to read due to the window size.

This will not be fixed in v1.6 since it is merely standardizing text.

Will put it in planned enhancements tho.
