Edit delivery command force users to edit an item

Can I check, why is forcing users to edit a bug?🤔

I think that if they want to edit a delivery, currently they are forced to also edit an item in the delivery. If they just want to edit the status, or add a tag, they should not need to add 'i/ some item' in their edit command.
