Bug: Add command not accepting valid address

Input: add n/jo e/jo@gmail.com p/92345643 a/2 Chempaka Avenue 5 pc/783333 Output: Addresses can take any values, and it should not be blank

• eg. for landed properties, there isnt a unit number only hse no.
• However if hse number is 12, adding a #01-12 is accepted. Not sure if it was intended. If so, the release notes needs to be updated
