I was looking through the UG and it had stated that the ask and bid value of a property cannot be lesser than 1 because it's not logical but when i tried entering those inputs the entry got recorded. I was thinking that these inputs should throw error as it is well explained on why this is an invalid input in the UG but not handled in the programme.
