[PE-D][Tester D] After resizing window, right side chat section cannot be scrolled with scroll wheel. #221

To reproduce:

  1. Resize window to any size.
  2. Scroll the left side contact section with scroll wheel or trackpad (works).
  3. Scroll the right side chat section with scroll wheel or trackpad (does not work).

Expected behavior: Able to scroll both sections after resizing.

Actual behavior: Only able to scroll contact section.

No sure what is happening, but I can scroll on my side. Maybe it is because the size is too small / there is too few items so it can not scroll
