In Singapore at least, some names follow a convention of using certain symbols not accepted by the app, which only accepts "-" and " ' ". However, some names include symbols such as commas, which aren't accepted Screenshot 2024-11-08 at 4.47.41 PM.png

Same as the one that says . is not allowed, this symbol can be an enhancement plan.
