[PE-D][Tester C] Long error message gets cut off when window size is small #250

Action: Typing in an invalid command

Expectation: See where did I type wrong clearly

Actual: Error message displayed, but it's cut off as I did not open my window in full screen mode. Now I have to use the cursor to scroll horizontally to see the full error message

Suggestion: Use a text-wrap instead of horizontal scroll for the GUI
