Action:
I want to add a person with the same name as one that already exist in the system
Expected:
Should be able to, although the person have the same name, but they might be different people (eg. alot of chris now?)
actual:
Not allowed to, and the restriction is not documented
Suggestion:
Maybe celebrities name are hard to be overlapped, but point of contacts and other valid persons might have their name overlapped. Could consider differentiating using name, phone number and tag
There should also be a warning regarding this restriction in the UG
