[PE-D][Tester D] Add event in UG is not clear

As a first time user, it was difficult to understand how to use add event.

I also felt like the shortcuts were quite unintuitive because for the faculties, only shortcuts were accepted. For the sports you can do both. So as a user, what happened was I assumed that you can use either, and I used the full name for both, giving me an error.

• It was not clearly specified until the bottom of the UG that the faculty has to be a from the specified list of faculties.
• It was not clearly specified until the bottom of the UG that the sport has to be from the specified list of sports.
• These constraints should be specified at add event command.

This is confusing for the user as they are likely to read the UG from top to bottom. So I see the add command, but I don't see the list below.
