[PE-D][Tester A] No exception handling for file tampering/ incorrect updation. #179

Project constraints state that the user is able to modify the data file.

And when I modified the data file to include an invalid date:

The program crashed with an exception:

fixed, deadline now defaults to 01/01/01 when tampered with.
