[PE-D][Tester B] Readability/distinguishing between input/output is difficult #179

Currently it can be difficult to track the command history in longer usage sessions where input and output get mixed together, as there is no differentiation between input and output lines.

Adding some kind of divider between the commands users enter and the responses that the app shows could addres this.

A suggestion is to add like a row of dashes (----------) after each command. that may help break things up visually and allow for a better user experience image.png
