[PE-D][Tester D] Unable to add events with the same names despite having different event details #188

Events of same names and event details should be flagged as duplicate events. However, events with same names but different details can be considered to be accepted in the program. These scenarios are common in real-life thus this bug heavily reduces the functionality of this feature.
