The program is unable to handle some special characters. These include Chinese characters, non ASCII characters (such as emojis), arabic text (such as مرحب) and prints them as question marks (????) instead. It is also stored as ???? in the data.csv file.
There is no error message or feedback to the user that their special character inputs would become ????.
The user guide does not specify the intended users are only English/Romanic language users.
