[PE-D][Tester B] [UG] Unclear what "description shouldn’t be blank" means #240

[Similar to previous UG bug report]

On pg 5 (Edit Transaction command instruction), it is stated that DESCRIPTION shouldn’t be blank

However on pg 14 (command summary), command edit INDEX is given, contradicting pg 5. In addition, there are also other edit commands that are without a description parameter.

Perhaps you could modify the UG to specify that description parameter is optional but when supplied description must not be empty?
