Anees' Having Issues with Starting the Project #3

Similarly to Cooper, I was able to run a local server on ONLY my computer, however, Atom stopped running properly on my computer, and after I finally resolved that issue, p5 refused to download on the C: and D: drives of 2 different computers. I made sure I used the proper code (credit to chiunhau/p5-manager) and I used Powershell as an admin.

We succeeded in doing this on Tim's computer.
