Atom Doesn't Download #4

So on 2 computers and Cooper's laptop, Atom downloads but only ever runs once, and is nowhere to be found in the folder it was downloaded, as well as anywhere else we can access on the school computers.

We resorted to downloading Atom every time we needed to use it. That makes 39 Atom downloads.
