Keyboard: Make use of win key and menu key #101

Is it possible to make use of WIN key and MENU key to send some keys unavailable on modern US101 keyboards like VF1-5, underscore? For example: Use WIN + - key combination to input underscore using US101 keyboard (since I often need to input underscore for filenames, and it's uncomfortable to do it via menu), MENU+F1 to F5 for VF1 - VF5.

Probably some SHIFT like key + Key are pressed, It's posible maybe. I'll think about this feature!👍

I thank about 'character to keycode' converting. It maybe easy. (It need enough technic.)

But, to solve like this request, I want a 'text to event' sequencer like. I'll try to make it. And the other your opened issue about a 'serial talking', probably there are some hints.
